Where do we ship?

Viscosoft ships everywhere in the contiguous United States free of charge.  No additional shipping fees will be applied to your order.

How long will it take my product to ship?

Most products are delivered within 3 business days unless otherwise specified, such as in the case of a pre-order.  In the case of a pre-order situation, shipping times are usually presented on the selected product's page and confirmed again in each Order Confirmation email.  Mattresses (Edge & React) are usually delivered in 5 - 7 business days.
